Hi! I’m Sandy and I’m so honored to join Nikki Gundy OnTrack as an Accountability Coach. I am blessed to have 3 wonderful children (27, 25 & 16) and live in Texas after remarrying and relocating from the UK. I have 2 degrees and have been a stay at home mum, a working mum, both in business and as a UK Primary School teacher.
Four years ago, when I braved the Instagram world and started on my public fitness journey, I was about to turn 50 and in the worst shape of my life. I have always enjoyed being active; I play golf, tennis, ski, hike and cycle, but experiencing the beginning of menopause and no particular exercise routine, I was feeling sluggish. I joined the BBG community and then switched it up to Alexia Clark's program, where I found myself surrounded by like-minded, inspiring women who held me accountable and supported me as I transformed my fitness goals.
Strengthening my body through consistency, discipline, exercise, mindful nutrition and wellness has changed my life. I feel younger, more vibrant and achieved a body confidence I didn’t think was possible. As I constantly educate and empower my lifestyle, I’m hoping to redefine the stereotype of midlife and beyond!

Wherever you are in YOUR journey I would like to be by your side, helping you take that first leap, encouraging you as you reclaim your fitness and life, every step of the way. I hope to empower you through positive thinking, active change and self-love.
Throughout my own tapestry of new journeys, children, relationships, divorce, remarriage, menopause, single mum, working mum, stay at home mum, aging parents, teenagers, I have always harnessed a positive mindset. I’ve learnt to face fears with PASSION, STRENGTH and BELIEF. I understand, I empathize, I hear you and together we can achieve anything!
NOT YOUR AVERAGE FITNESS PROGRAM
This is not personal training. This is not a workout guide. This is not any kind of fitness program that has been offered before, because this is not about your workout, it's about your life. Yes, I want you to work out! Yes, I want your workouts to be amazing but most importantly I want you to make this LIFESTYLE work for you every single day to get RESULTS!
WHAT IS FITNESS ACCOUNTABILITY COACHING?
OnTrack is a bespoke program based on a personal relationship between you and I. I will check in with your workouts and hold you accountable for your choices EVERY SINGLE DAY. We can all find a good workout program or join a gym or buy a new healthy eating cookbook, but those things will not work unless you implement them consistently every day. This is a service dedicated to helping you manage your day to day choices and making sure you stay OnTrack to reach your health and fitness goals.
WHY DO I NEED A FITNESS ACCOUNTABILITY COACH?
Because trying to change your life for the better is HARD and you shouldn't have to do it on your own. Having someone on hand to help keep you accountable is an amazing tool for really committing and creating consistency with a new routine. You won't believe the difference it makes when you know someone else is checking in with your choices everyday and that you have a dedicated support system at the touch of a button.
To make something a priority you also need to be able to talk about it. Unfortunately not everyone will understand your new priorities, not everyone will care about them as much as you need them to. I will.

4 WEEKS OF DAILY HEALTH & FITNESS ACCOUNTABILITY COACHING THROUGH THE ONTRACK PROGRAM
I will be your personal cheerleader! Everyday, I will hold you accountable to get things done, meet your deadlines, and achieve the goals you set for yourself.
ALL DAY, ONE TO ONE COMMUNICATION WITH ME AS YOUR COACH
I will be available to you everyday throughout your journey, motivating you and encouraging you. No question is too small!
HELP WITH MANAGING CALORIES
Whatever your goals are, nutrition is a fundamental part of a healthy lifestyle. There is no specific dietary requirement or food plan with this program.
HELP TO BUILD A ROUTINE THATS TAILORED TO FIT AROUND YOUR LIFE
You have complete control and decide what works best. I am here to help guide, encourage and cheer you on. If life affects your plan A we will come up with a plan B!
CREATE SUSTAINABLE HABITS
On average it takes just over 2 months before a new behavior becomes automatic - 66 days to be exact!

WHAT KIND OF CONTACT WILL I HAVE WITH MY COACH?
The program is conveniently delivered through text message and voice-notes, 6 days a week (Mon-Sat) all day! I will endevor to respond within 15 minutes of a message from you.
HOW LONG WILL I NEED TO STAY ON THE PROGRAM?
Clients should expect to spend 1-2 months with the program. I will help you get into a great routine quickly so that you build enough confidence to continue without coaching as soon as possible.
HOW MUCH DOES THE PROGRAM COST?
The first month is $300 (Less than $10 a day)
Any additional months spent with the program are $175 per month.
(Less than $6 a day)
WHAT KIND OF FOOD WILL I BE EXPECTED TO EAT?
There is no specific dietary requirement or food plan with this program, however, if your goal is fat loss, it will be recommended to eat in calorie deficit.
WHAT TYPE OF EXERCISE WILL I NEED TO DO?
I firmly believe it's not WHAT you do that matters but how often you do it. All I ask is that you do some kind of physical activity for at least 30 mins, 6 days a week. Some days this could be a brisk walk, or yoga and other days this could be more intensive activity like strength training. This is your fitness journey, you get to decide what you do. All I ask is that continue to improve as you progress through the weeks.
WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY?
As this program has a substantial workout component, if you currently suffer from any injury or previously have done so, please seek clearance from your Doctor before submitting your application.

Terms of Service / Non Disclosure Agreement
This agreement is entered into by and between Sandy Walker, her associates and those parties associated with Nikki Gundy ON TRACK LTD (collectively hereinafter “Coach”) and _________________ (“Participant”).
WHEREAS, Coach has invested the time, effort and skill into obtaining and inventing certain methods which are incorporated into the services provided to Participant.
WHEREAS, these methods are proprietary and confidential information to Coach and are to remain proprietary and confidential as well as the property of Coach.
WHEREAS, Participant will be made privy to such information, systems, methods and information in participating with Coach which Coach intends to keep confidential and proprietary.
FOR VALID CONSIDERATION, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. By obtaining the services of Coach as your accountability coach(es), you agree that you will be provided with information which is to be kept confidential. As such, you agree not to share, in any manner, the details of your relationship with Coach and/or the plan that is created for your specific situation. The method, system and requirements of Coach comprise “confidential information” belonging to Coach. Such information is the proprietary information of Coach and the means upon which Coach is able to complete her obligations. Participant agrees to keep such information confidential. Sharing such information with any other party, in any manner, is detrimental to Coach and her business. Dissemination of Confidential information to any other party who discloses the same is the responsibility of the Participant.
2. Coach does not claim to be a medical, psychological, nutritional or other expert. Coach does not have any particular certificates, licenses or permits relating thereto. Coach is not a personal trainer.
3. The Participant understands and agrees that the engagement of Coach is for the sole purpose of accountability as it relates to the Participant’s workouts and diet.
4. Participant can acknowledge that they are supported by Coach, but not the method, system, or combination of events which Coach provides to assist in the success of the Participant.
